Vinyasa Hatha Yoga
An energizing Vinyasa flow combined with longer held Hatha poses, focusing on improving flexibility, strength and balance
Wednesdays 7:00 pm -
8:00 pm
Restorative Yoga
Relax and heal with Restorative Yoga. Gentle, modified poses are held for extended periods, supported by bolsters, pillows and blankets. Followed by Yoga Nidra (a deep relaxation).
Sundays 7:00 pm -
8:30 pm
